Huge excitement! The new kiln has arrived!

Today was the realisation of a long held desire to be a pottery kiln owner! It has been fun renting kiln space from various schools and businesses but the time had come to buy my own. Two strong men manhandled it down the garden to my studio and within no time it was up and running. Now have to start filling it, cant wait for my first firing.
